QuarryBio has developed a novel analytical method that provides high resolution analysis of protein 3-dimensional structure and binding interactions. Our goal is to bring high resolution protein analyses into routine activities, such as: - developability assessments - ligand binding studies - structural impact of point mutations - biosimilars comparisons - detecting the onset of protein aggregation - comparability assessments Our mass spectrometry based technology improves decision making by providing a highly sensitive detection of structural interactions or changes, as well as identifying the specific location on the protein structure where these changes occur. QuarryBio provides this technology on a fee-for-service basis, analyzing samples for clients at our labs based in Bloomington, Indiana.
