Queen City Realty specializes in all aspects of the Long Beach real estate market including short sales, REO and traditional sales. Queen City Realty has been actively involved with REO properties since 2006 and has closed over 600 transactions during that time. Queen City Realty is a woman-owned business and has sold REOs for Fannie Mae, Bank of America, WAMU, GMAC, One West Bank and Wells Fargo and uses RES-NET and Equator as our transaction software. We also have a full-time support staff ready to service your next property. We are a “soup to nuts” REO team - handling everything from property valuations, pre-foreclosure, cash for keys, marketing and closing. We follow a very strict timeline which enables our clients to maximize property values and minimize loss. The broker, Robin Reed, is a member in good standing of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and has also been certified to do BPOs by the National Valuation Standards Institute.
