Early & Late Stage Development using QbD Principles - The team is highly experienced in Early & Late-stage development studies, Failure Mode Effect analysis (FMEA), Risk ranking, identification of PCPP & PKPP, DoE reactions & statistical analysis, establishing PAR ranges for process parameters & identification of Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) & control strategy. 3. Fate & Purge Studies of Impurities - Impurities present in Drug substances must be controlled in order to ensure desired product Quality. Impurities above certain threshold should be identified & tracked. Team in Quench is capable in isolation, characterization, synthesis & investigation of impurities in a “Fate and Purge” study 4.
