We have over 50 years of combined experience in these fields and have been working together since 1996. Unlike other companies that charge several hundred dollars upfront and have a backend fee of up to 25% of the loan that you receive, we receive no upfront fees and the loan financing is quite reasonable. (4-7% above prime — prime is at 3% currently and we receive 15% upon closing) Where our competitors usually take 1 to 3 months and that you will need to supply them with tax returns, bank statements, financials and more, our clients usually see funding within 7-10 business days.
