For over 65 years, Quickdraft has designed and manufactured custom pneumatic conveying and exhaust systems using Venturi technology for many diverse industries, including paper, plastics, nonwovens, metals, packaging, converting and food processing. The Quickdraft Venturi eductor increases air velocity and maintains vacuum pressure. The blower sits outside of the conveying duct and the material never contacts the blower or the rotating fan impeller which results in a pneumatic conveying system that is virtually maintenance free with reliable 24/7 operation. The Quickdraft Venturi exhauster is an excellent solution for a variety of exhaust processing applications in the food industry. They are especially effective for high heat, grease, and oil applications, offering dependable, consistent exhaust with less costly downtime.
