About Quiet Heart

Consultant for mental health and wellbeing: creating and delivering training to adults and young people in schools, universities, businesses and at retreats and events. With over 20 years experience and training in business management, HR management, people development, wellbeing, mental health and counselling, we are able to provide a unique experience that focuses on supporting people to connect with their bodies to feel grounded and safe. This practice supports a culture of collective compassion and connection and encourages a healthy sense of collective wellbeing through awareness of individual needs. We also offer a private practice incorporating Chinese Medicine, counselling, yoga and somatic awareness, meditation and other techniques to help people regulate their nervous systems to ground and connect with their whole body.
