About Quinn Design-Build Inc. (QDBI)

Quinn Design-Build Inc. (QDBI) is a privately held general contractor rooted in the Fox Valley, Illinois region. Formerly known as Schramm Construction, we carry forward more than 30 years of trusted client relationships and community impact while bringing a modern, owner-involved approach to construction. We specialize in design-build project delivery for industrial, commercial, hospitality, and church projects. Our team combines deep local expertise with strong relationships—helping clients navigate zoning, permitting, financing connections, and the complexities of construction with clarity and confidence. At QDBI, you work directly with the owners, Ryan and Nancy Quinn. We deliberately partner with clients who value collaboration, transparency, and problem-solving. This ensures every project is purposeful, cost-conscious, and built with integrity. We don’t just construct buildings—we create meaningful spaces that fuel business growth, strengthen communities, and honor our clients’ vision. By leveraging our local subcontractor network and applying our values-driven process, we deliver exactly what we promise: thoughtful solutions, accountable leadership, and lasting results. QDBI: Building trust. Delivering value. Shaping the Fox Valley community, one project at a time.
