About Quorum Holdings

At Quorum Holdings, we specialise in developing new real estate and rejuvenating neglected property assets to create extraordinary residential and student accommodation across Johannesburg, with developments in Cape Town expected to be completed in 2024. Quorum was started in 2014 with its first acquisition of a dilapidated building in Johannesburg’s CBD which has since been restored, and is now a thriving creative community for artists. Since then, Quorum Holdings has grown into a development and management company with properties across Johannesburg for varying uses. Quorum strives itself as being nimble and dynamic. We work to continually add genuine, exceptional value for all our stakeholders. Our mission statement is to strive to make the world and the environments in which we live better, richer and more rewarding. We believe in developing commercially underpinned properties that are socially viable, and economically profitable.
