QZee Ltd - B2B2C SaaS BusinessRestaurant Tech & Appointment TechA new take on booking & queueing where last-minute plans are encouraged & businesses don’t miss out with no-shows or last-minute cancellations!SummaryA new take on booking & 'queueing' where last-minute plans are encouraged, deposits & prior cardinformation is no longer necessary for all & businesses stop suffering with no-shows & last-minute cancellations!Key problems1/4 booking results in either a no-show or last-minute cancellation.30% of customers say they are put off making a booking if preliminary card information is required.Annually, no-shows cost the UK hospitality industry £17.6 billion. No synonymous & reliable last-minute solution is available on the market. Our USP(s)For businesses, it is the disruptive & unique way we mitigate the adverse effects of no-shows and last-minute cancellations without solely utilising unpopular deposits & charges. Additionally, we found that a small minority make up a large majority of the overall no-shows. This led us to develop a deposit system that doesn't blanket all users but just the key offenders. For users, our USP is the reliable, last-minute solution we have available with our virtual queue, allowing individuals or groups to visit a venue and have an experience as soon as they get the urge and not in a week's time!Providing users with a flexible & fluid system is our number one priority. Are no bookings available? Join the queue. 1/4 of bookings usually result in a no-show, last-minute cancellations or a recent time amendment. Our algorithms will likely get you in, if you want to hedge your bets and queue at multiple venues to increase your chance, we have you covered then too. Want to do this as a group? We can do that up to any amount a business can hold (table capacity permitting). Booking as standard. We aren't re-inventing the wheel, but we are making it smarter!
