R&D Therm India Pvt Ltd. (RDT) is based in Nasik and undertake various jobs in manufacturing Distillation columns, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Tanks, Chimney etc. in material like SS 304, SS 316, Hastelloy, Titanium, Carbon Steel SA 515/516, Mild Steel IS 2062. It has a state of art manufacturing facility on 1-acre land in Nashik's prime Industrial area Satpur where there is a continuous and ample availability of resources like water, electricity, skilled manpower, connectivity to all big cities. A manufacturing shop is 25000 sq. ft. with shed height as high as 13 metres. Investment in many automated machines has brought down processing time and it can now deliver material faster than earlier with best quality. It works under many consultants and (Third Party Inspectors) TPI like Lloyd's, TUD, Bureau Veritas, Chempro, Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd, Sulzer, Udhe India, EIL, Baxcounsel, TOYO Engineering ltd., Shiva Engineering and many private experts in the field. It’s also U Stamp Certified Company by ASME.
