RR&A works with business owners, operators, and investors who need legal advice that aligns with how their businesses actually run. Our practice areas include Title, Corporate, Outsourced Legal Department services, Estate Planning, and Commercial Real Estate. Through our Outsourced Legal Department, we support clients across transactions, land matters, disputes, and commercial and technology contracts, often serving as day-to-day outside counsel for growing companies. We advise on entity formation, fund formation and capital structuring, acquisitions and divestitures, contract negotiation, regulatory and operational issues, and the legal work that supports ongoing business activity. While many of our clients are in the energy sector, our work increasingly includes commercial real estate, manufacturing, industrials, and estate planning, alongside businesses across industries navigating complex transactions and operational risk. Our focus is straightforward: give clients clear answers, help them make decisions early, and reduce surprises that slow deals down or create unnecessary costs. We stay close to the work, communicate directly, and provide legal guidance grounded in how deals, assets, and operations function in the real world.
