R. Teige Elektro AS is an independent company with long-standing traditions in emergency lighting and EX products. The land-based operations are primarily associated with the design and delivery of emergency and safety lighting to larger buildings requiring monitored emergency lighting systems. Over the past decade, the company has also established itself within the transportation segment. We have completed several project deliveries of emergency and guidance systems for railway tunnels, both for upgrading existing ones and for new tunnels. We also offer solutions for safety lighting in road tunnels. In the offshore market, we have extensive experience in supplying Ex lighting and Ex heating elements. Our products are represented on most fixed installations in the Norwegian sector, and we also supply to drilling and land-based facilities. Our products are manufactured by Beghelli, GIFAS, Chalmit Lightning, and Chromalox, all leading manufacturers in Europe within their product areas. R. Teige Elektro has more than 25 years of experience with the respective manufacturers and their products. All products and spare parts for delivered types are stocked in Bergen. Our service technicians assist with the commissioning of new installations and servicing of existing ones. We also perform the legally required inspections of existing installations. Our product managers are happy to perform lighting calculations for buildings in connection with the design of emergency lighting systems.
