We provide mission-ready instruction and evidence-driven research for military, government, and civilian medical professionals who operate beyond the “golden hour.” Our training programs in Austere Emergency Care, Prolonged Field Care (PFC)/Prolonged Casualty Care (PCC), Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)/Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), and pre-hostpital blood-management courses prepare providers to save lives in remote, resource-limited, and high-threat environments. Beyond training, our research division evaluates training efficacy, skill retention, and medical device performance in operational and austere settings. We partner with leading clinicians, medics, and industry innovators to improve survivability and capability where it matters most. Our team includes experienced operational physicians, medics, and educators who have served across combat zones, expeditionary medicine, and emergency response missions.
