About R204

R204 is a professional architecture, design and planning firm based in Los Angeles, with key offices in New Delhi. The firm’s diverse portfolio of both small and large projects include custom residential, mixed-use, corporate office, retail-entertainment venues, hospitality, housing and master plan projects located across multiple countries. Established in 1999, R204DESIGN had its beginnings in the Arts District, a creative-office enclave just northeast of Downtown Los Angeles. While the neighborhood has changed, the firm continues to deliver successful domestic and international projects that marry client-user needs, quality design and the social, financial and environmental considerations unique to a sustainable development. R204DESIGN’s philosophy is built upon consensus, teamwork and dialogue with the staff and more importantly with the Client team. With all our work, our team of architects and designers do not impose a particular style but rather begin with a thorough analysis of a clients’ design and functional needs; the result are projects with unique personality and vision.
