RESOLVE, REBUILD, RESTORE. R3CON Initiative is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting veterans, active-duty service members, their families, and caregivers by providing trauma resolution, holistic therapy, and reintegration education based on neuroscience to empower successful restoration into civilian life. Mission Our mission is to serve veterans, active-duty service members, and their families by addressing trauma at its roots through neuroscience-informed programs and education. We are committed to equipping individuals with practical tools, meaningful resources, and supportive guidance that foster healing, strengthen resilience, and support successful transitions into civilian life. Through this work, we strive to restore hope, cultivate self-awareness, and help individuals reconnect with a sense of purpose—bridging the gap between military service and civilian life with dignity, understanding, and compassion. Vision Our vision is to create a safe haven for our veterans to resolve trauma from military service; beginning with out-processing from military service to transitioning into civilian life, R3CON Initiative exists to provide neuroscience focused modalities for trauma resolution for every veteran, family member, and caregiver, so that all veterans have access to healing and can reconnect to a sense of belonging and purpose after military service.
