About RaaP

RaaP (rooms as a Product) is revolutionizing construction by providing affordable buildings up to 30% faster and 10% cheaper. We believe this is the only way we can solve the affordable housing crises facing our country. A crisis that had led to a shortage of over 6.8 million housing units for housing our public safety workforce, our student, our parents, our budget travelers and of course, our unhoused. We offer an industrialized construction platform that creates better buildings: more affordable, more sustainable and supporting better jobs. Our proprietary workflows, designs and algorithms are used by our fabrication partners to continuously optimize the design-construction-operation lifecycle.
