About RackAir

RackAir was built on the belief that mechanical service should feel dependable, not disruptive. For more than 35 years, we have focused on doing the work properly, responding quickly, and communicating clearly because that is what keeps buildings running and stress levels low. We are a service-first mechanical partner trusted by property and facility managers who need reliability above all else. While much of the industry chases projects or operates reactively, RackAir is structured around service, accountability, and long-term relationships. What that means for our clients: → One dedicated point of contact who knows your buildings → Office-led communication and documentation on every job → Clear, defensible reports you can share with owners and boards → Proactive maintenance that catches problems before they escalate → TSSA-compliant service records and full equipment lifecycle tracking We serve commercial property managers, building owners, condo corporations, and facility directors across Ontario. Our clients are not looking for the lowest quote. They are looking for a mechanical partner they do not have to babysit. RackAir operates quietly in the background managing risk, solving problems early, and making sure mechanical systems perform the way they should. When everything is running smoothly, our work often goes unnoticed. That is exactly the point. Our team combines decades of field experience with advanced technical capability to deliver reliable performance, optimized efficiency, and lifecycle value for every mechanical system we maintain. From precision service programs and retrofit projects to building automation integration and energy optimization strategies, RackAir partners with property managers, developers, and building owners to ensure comfort, compliance, and cost control year-round. Driven by a culture of technical excellence and accountability, RackAir is redefining mechanical service standards across Ontario’s built environment.
