About RackID Pty Ltd

A specialist warehouse identification service promises to eliminate confusion and upgrade productivity in the warehouse. RackID provides a turnkey solution for the implementation of warehouse identification systems – location labels, signage and related services. Whether you just need the supply of high-quality labelling or the installation of a variety of identification products such as end of aisle signage, pallet ID, floor identification and changeable shelving locations, RackID will work with you to provide the most appropriate and efficient solution to improve the functional efficiency of the warehouse. RackID is a boutique, Australian business whose managing director – Peter Stuckenschmidt - has over 30 years’ experience within the logistics and warehousing industry. Upon starting the business in 2012, it has grown to provide turnkey solutions to some of the biggest logistics companies operating in Australia – Linfox, Toll, Mainfreight, Kuehne & Nagel, DB Schenker and many more – as well as providing support to smaller businesses looking to grow into this sector. Our target is to make the transition into a new warehouse, or the upgrade/modification of a current warehouse, run as smoothly as possible, removing the hassles of creating an accurate location database, or trying to make sure the labels have been placed correctly. RackID’s approach guarantees the aesthetics of the warehouse and the accuracy of the location database. Accurate and clean installation of location ID is integral for the functioning of a warehouse. The easier the system is to understand, read and follow, the more accurately and quickly product can be picked and replenished. Simple systems utilised by RackID help reduce the number of picking errors and increase the speed at which locations, and therefore products, can be found and identified.
