About RadX Construction Group

RadX Construction Group is a multidisciplinary construction and engineering business delivering complex projects across Southern Africa. Formed through the strategic alignment of Fenix Construction, Berrycon, and Berry Juice Construction, RadX brings together over 25 years of collective experience under a single, execution-led operation. We operate across Namibia, South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, delivering civil, building, and SMPP construction in both established industrial centres and remote environments. Our approach is grounded in intelligent thinking, end-to-end control, and owner-led execution. By managing our own supply chains, integrating design-build capability, and remaining actively involved on site, we deliver projects with certainty where conditions are complex and failure is not an option. RadX is trusted by clients who value accountability, technical rigour, and disciplined delivery over promises.
