About Rafiki Hostels

Rafiki is building a new standard of safe, social, and meaningful travel across Africa and low‑income Arabic‑speaking countries. We create hostels, adventures, and community experiences that empower travelers — and with every €10 spent, we fund one hour of education for a child. Travel that transforms, for everyone. Over the past 3 years, we’ve founded 4 hostels in Egypt and Morocco, curated hundreds of experiences, and helped generate more than $500,000 in opportunities for local communities. We’re now scaling a model that blends hospitality, adventure, and social impact — partnering with property owners to turn buildings into high‑performing, community‑driven spaces; collaborating with local organizations to expand education access; and building a team of passionate people who believe travel can uplift both guests and the places they visit. Whether you’re an investor, a property owner, or someone who wants to shape the future of travel, Rafiki is creating a movement — one that’s profitable, purposeful, and built to last.
