RRG and its affiliates have been in the real estate industry for over 60 years and currently manage two public REITs. RRG buys real estate through sale-leasebacks and finances real estate through senior-secured mortgages. RRG underwrites real estate at non-cannabis values, discounting any cannabis-specific premiums.
