About Rainier Labs

At Rainier Labs, we're reimagining robotics to transform how the world works, learns, and lives. Our journey begins with Terrier, a versatile, all-American robot dog designed to adapt to a wide range of applications. Designed, engineered, and built in California, Terrier is powered by cutting-edge technology—a robust RGBD camera paired with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano processor—making it the ideal companion for those pushing the boundaries of innovation. Whether you’re a researcher exploring robotics, an engineer performing factory inspections, or a construction manager creating 3D models of your sites, Terrier is equipped to excel. Its dynamic adaptability and precision engineering also make it an invaluable tool for patrolling as a vigilant security guard, ensuring safety, or functioning as a smart home assistant, ready to make everyday tasks easier. But Terrier is only the beginning. At Rainier Labs, we envision a future where robots seamlessly integrate into our lives, handling repetitive, dangerous, or mundane tasks so humans can focus on creativity and innovation. From education and research labs to manufacturing, construction, and elder care, our robots are designed to solve real-world challenges with intelligence and agility. Our products embody the perfect synergy of advanced AI, meticulous design, and the relentless pursuit of innovation. Beyond Terrier, we’re developing platforms that combine natural language interaction, autonomous navigation, and manipulation capabilities to redefine what’s possible in robotics. Our mission is to democratize cutting-edge robotics, offering tools and solutions that are accessible, impactful, and transformative. Join us on this exciting journey as we push the boundaries of robotics, creating intelligent machines that work alongside humanity to build a smarter, more efficient, and more connected future.
