Established for over 20 years, Rainsford Contracts is as a leading specialist carpentry and joinery trade contractor. We also undertake full construction and fit-out projects as Principal Contractor. We cover everything from design & build construction projects to specialist interior fit out works including specialist carpentry, joinery and bespoke multi-trade fit-out works packages. Working directly with Developers and Contractors, we supply both the Public and Private sector markets, covering residential, commercial, health and education as well as heritage listed buildings. Consistently delivering on time and on budget, we’ve delivered in excess of £100m of specialist trade and construction projects for our clients - most notably two residential contracts worth £7m each in Wapping and Notting Hill, London; a £5m specialist carpentry and multi-trade package at a world-renowned hospital in Surrey; and a £3m joinery, reception and bathroom fit-out at Farringdon. With a unique model of principal contractor and sub-contractor experience, we are able to deliver the most effective and sustainable solutions, which is substantiated by our turnover's high ratio of repeat business with established clients, across London and the Home Counties.
