Raised Based jobs and careers

About Raised Based

Raised Based creates personalised two-location apparel and gifts for Universities and Companies with globally mobile teams. Every product is customised with two locations: where someone was raised, and where they're now based, for example "London Raised - Amsterdam Based", or "Australia Raised - Cambridge University Based". Our products can also be combined with your institution's or company's logo. The result is a stylish, bespoke item that no catalogue supplier can replicate: genuinely one-of-a-kind merchandise that shows people that you know their story, not just their name. That kind of thoughtfulness that empowers people to "wear their story" builds loyalty. Students who receive a personalised Welcome Week gift remember it. Employees who are welcomed with something made for them notice the difference. Here are perfect reasons to shop Raised Based products: • For universities: Welcome Week and orientation gifting, study abroad merchandise, alumni products, and a commission-based affiliate programme. • For companies: onboarding and relocation gifts for international hires, employee recognition, and event merchandise. Products are premium, sustainably made, and fulfilled globally across 190 countries. Founded by immigrants, we know firsthand what it means to rebuild a life in a new country – and we believe in giving back to those doing the same. Every order contributes to a charitable cause supporting young people's access to education. If you want your people to feel genuinely welcomed, recognised, and seen – not just given something with your logo on it – we'd love to talk. Raised Based – Wear Your Story
