Randi is a therapist and wellness coach who understands the struggles that professionals experience while balancing their career and professional lives. For over 15 years, Randi provides her clients with helpful tools, strategies, and support to help her clients overcome their obstacles now and long after their clinical relationship ends. Randi has worked with legal, corporate and financial professionals, students, retirees, caregivers, and everyone looking to create meaningful change in their lives, or those looking for greater personal well-being and having more successful professional outcomes. Before returning to her full-time practice, Randi worked as the Clinical Coordinator at the New York City Lawyer’s Assistance Program for 4+ years. Randi utilizes and implements action plans, interventions, handouts, and toolkits that promoted positive behavior changes for her clients. These tools help address work-life balance, trauma, mental health, and substance abuse issues, along with supplying resources and referrals for professionals that balance their time between work, family life, and caregiving duties for their older family members. Underlying Randi’s practice is the intrinsic belief that each client she sees can heal from the inside out. Given the right relationship and tools, she helps clients to find their inner light, their professional voice, and a sense of hope for a diverse range of clients. Randi uses an anti-racist framework and provides LGBTQA+ affirmative practice.
