Rap Club Productions C.I.C is a youth-led social enterprise championing Black youth cultures through education, creativity, and leadership. We support young people to develop their voice, identity, and career through award-winning programmes that blend culturally relevant education with creative industry exposure. Our work operates through two core brands: 🎓 Rap Club – a school-based programme using rap and performance to build confidence, raise attainment, and platform student voice. Delivered in partnership with educators, our curriculum empowers students to explore their identity, express their truth, and develop key life and leadership skills. 🎤 The Spit Game – our youth-led platform that showcases fresh talent from London and beyond. From music and film production to live performances and online content, The Spit Game offers real industry experience, creative development, and public visibility for young artists and storytellers. As a non-profit, we prioritise wellbeing, inclusion, and long-term growth for the young people we work with — from the classroom to the stage, and from education to employment. Rap Club Productions has been recognised with multiple national awards and continues to challenge outdated systems by placing youth voice and Black culture at the heart of everything we do.
