About Ratcliff IT

IT is about more than just technology; it’s all about people. Based in London, we specialise in providing complete IT solutions to small to medium business clients. We know that sophistication isn’t about size - we understand the dependency any business can have on IT and cyber security, and that what clients care about is responsive enjoyable service from a team they can rely on. That’s why we focus on providing a friendly, personal service, relying on proven systems and nearly 20 years’ experience to allow you to focus on what’s important: your business. We work hard to build trust and long-lasting partnerships with our clients. Our passionate team of engineers love what they do, and are always on hand to help. We’re also well-recognised within the industry. We’re one of only 25 companies in the UK HTG peer group, which meets to set the standard on MSP best practice. We’ve also run ConnectWise training sessions as part of their regular user groups.
