About RATIONAL Nederland Grootkeukentechniek BV

Invented in Germany in 1976 by RATIONAL AG: the combi steamer. The combination of hot air and steam in a single appliance could certainly be called revolutionary. And time has not stood still. Today, RATIONAL is the global market leader, and its equipment is used to prepare at least 130 million meals every day in professional kitchens around the world. RATIONAL currently offers four product lines: the iCombi® Pro, the iCombi® Classic, the iVario® (Pro) and our newest addition: the iHexagon®. In addition to the high quality of the equipment, RATIONAL also stands out in terms of service. In every region in the Netherlands, RATIONAL has its own service technicians who carry out preventive maintenance on the equipment. If a malfunction occurs, they can also be on site quickly. RATIONAL Nederland is the only official importer of RATIONAL equipment in the Netherlands.
