About Razor Bear Films Pty Ltd

Razor Bear Films is a First Nations-led production company and social enterprise based in Western Sydney, creating elevated genre films for global audiences while opening real pathways into the screen industry. We develop bold, culturally grounded stories with commercial edge, alongside Crew Pathways and actor cohort programs that embed emerging talent directly into production. Our approach removes the traditional barriers to entry -connecting training, mentorship, and real-world experience into one clear pipeline. By linking talent development with active film production, Razor Bear Films is building a more accessible, sustainable screen industry - one where new voices don’t wait for opportunity, they step into it.
