WHO WE ARE We are Russian-Canadian Democratic Alliance (RCDA), a registered Canadian federal non-government organization. The Russian government and the Russian Embassy in Canada in particular are unable to represent our interests. Activists from different cities and provinces of Canada saw the need for democratic Russians to unite, and that’s how RCDA was born. OUR MISSION To contribute to development of the Russian-Canadian community guided by rule of law, democracy, human and civil rights. OUR VALUES - We condemn all wars ever waged by Russia, including the military aggression against Ukraine in 2014, which escalated into a full-scale invasion in February 2022 - We oppose colonial and imperial mentality and believe that Russia, like Canada, must undergo a process of decolonization - We stand for equal rights for all people regardless of their differences
