About RD Energy Partners

As capital providers, owners, shareholders, boards, management teams and stakeholders know all too well, the energy space is a complex place and there are a lot of moving parts -- engineering and technical pieces, operations, contracts & legal, stakeholders, finance, and most importantly, management. Each of these areas integrate into the whole and unless they operate in synchronicity, the asset, the project or the company doesn't work. Often problems occur, or worse remain undetected, because the operation of the whole is not carefully analyzed or considered in context. Opportunities can be missed in the same way. That is what RDE does -- we do thorough and careful analysis to determine what is working, what is not working, and how it is supposed to work. We develop solutions and implement as our client sees fit. RD Energy is an advisory and operating partnership of seasoned oil & gas professionals having a combined experience of approximately 70 years covering petroleum engineering, operations, finance and executive management of, as well as investment banking to, oil & gas companies both domestic and international. In contrast with most operating and advisory organizations today, RDE principals have a unique style which is deeply ‘hands-on’, a result of an approach over decades of deliberate immersion in every detail of a company, its assets, its operations and finances, derived from extension hands-on experience in the field and stakeholder management. By approaching every situation from a hands-on perspective, RDE develops a deep understanding of the issues and in so doing enables RDE to solve complex problems and identify creative solutions for its clients.
