Founded in 2021, RDSD is an innovative and dynamic organization committed to providing top-notch technical leadership and support in project cycle management, research, storytelling, and evaluation. Gender Equality: Partnering with organizations to promote gender equality is at the heart of our mission. Education: We firmly believe that education is a powerful tool for change. RDSD collaborates with state and non-state actors to ensure equitable access to education, especially for marginalized groups in hard-to-reach communities.Our endeavors resonate with the UN SDG 4 - Quality Education. Public Health: Health is wealth! We join hands with partners to raise awareness about preventable diseases through social behavioral change. Gender Mainstreaming: We conduct gender audits, analysis, and gender-responsive planning, furthering the integration of gender perspectives in projects and initiatives.
