About Re:Set

Re:Set is Cork’s newest reformer studio. Powered by Physio Rooms, it brings a fresh, multidisciplinary take on reformer Pilates — blending physiotherapy, strength training, and movement science into one intelligent training system. Our Philosophy At Re:Set, we believe training should be intelligent, purposeful, and progressive. Every class and every movement are part of a bigger picture — designed to help you move better, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience. Our approach is built on expertise, collaboration, and progression: Lisa brings years of Pilates teaching experience, with a deep understanding of movement quality, alignment, and control. James, a physiotherapist, ensures every sequence is grounded in injury prevention, safe progression, and functional performance. Josh adds his background as a strength coach and personal trainer, bringing advanced programming methods that make each session both effective and challenging. Together, we’ve created a structured, periodised, and progressive system that flows throughout the week. Nothing is left to chance — every sequence, progression, and cue is deliberate. Show up, stay consistent, and watch the results unfold. Our Training Rhythm Re:Set follows a deliberate weekly rhythm that combines strength, mobility, and recovery. Monday, Wednesday, Friday → Strong Reformer Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday → Dynamic Reformer By blending these sessions within a weekly plan, Re:Set offers more than just classes — it’s a complete training system designed to support your lifestyle, enhance performance, and keep you doing the things you love for longer. Our Class System Fundamentals The perfect entry point to Re:Set. If you’re new to reformer or returning after a break or injury, Fundamentals introduces you to the core principles of movement in a supportive, small-group setting. You’ll learn to move with control, use the machine safely, and build confidence — the ideal foundation before progressing t
