Reach Out for Mental Health (ROFMH) are a suicide prevention service supporting adults in Essex living with suicidal thoughts. We do this through befriending, coaching and our amazing peer led coffee afternoons, offering people an opportunity to talk about what they're going through. We know talking can be difficult at times. We also know that talking can really help.
