About Reach out to the Community

Reach Out to the Community is a charity set up to offer support to people struggling with the most basic of needs: food & shelter within Manchester. Community Hub - Our hub is a fundraising charity shop and drop in for rough sleepers in the South Manchester. Proving refreshments, clothing, assessments and advice. Benefit support and referrals into relevant services. Outreach - We regularly partner with Manchester City Council’s Rough Sleepers Team, CGL ( Change, Grow, Live) the drug & alcohol services or Sanctuary Housing on weekly outreach to rough sleepers within South Manchester. Food Parcels - On referral from MCC, NHS, and housing services we provide and deliver food parcels to those in need.
