Ready, Vet, Go (RVG) is a mentorship and education platform supporting new and early-career veterinarians as they navigate the realities of modern veterinary practice. Through remote mentorship, practical education, and a connected community, RVG helps veterinarians build confidence, clinical judgment, and professional sustainability—beyond what is typically taught in veterinary school. RVG offers two primary ways to engage: • The Ready, Vet, Go Mentorship Program A structured, cohort-based mentorship experience that complements in-clinic guidance. This program supports early-career veterinarians with longitudinal mentorship, skill development, and reflection—while helping practices improve engagement, culture, and retention. • RVG Community and Community Connect A membership-based professional community offering access to on-demand education, live events, AMAs, roundtables, and ongoing connection with peers and mentors across career stages.
