REAL ALPHA operates through two distinct and complementary divisions: Real Alpha | Real Estate Dedicated exclusively to institutional-grade real estate investments, spanning core, core+, value-add, and opportunistic strategies. The division covers the full transaction lifecycle — from origination and valuation to structuring and execution — primarily across Italy and selected European markets, in line with RICS and IVS standards. Real Alpha | Alternatives Focused on non-traditional and complex investment opportunities, including infrastructure, energy, strategic assets, corporate fundraising, and selected special situations. The division supports investors in navigating complexity through disciplined analysis, tailored structuring, and senior-level engagement. Across both divisions, REAL ALPHA operates with a strong emphasis on: - Downside control and capital preservation - IC-ready, decision-driven execution - Clear governance and alignment with institutional capital
