REAL CULTURE jobs and careers

About REAL CULTURE

A boutique, artist-driven music publisher & sync agency run by music makers. Authenticity amplified. We work with the most uniquely talented, culturally relevant artists from across the globe. For us, it's all about authenticity and individuality, and we're passionate about artists whose music connects on a deeper level. We aim to amplify the talents of artists from underrepresented groups through close collaboration, curation and guidance. Formed by award-winning production and songwriting team Laconic, we have over a decade of experience delivering successful records with upcoming and major label artists all over the world. We're lifelong music lovers and have a true passion for discovering and developing hidden gems of talent. We’ve made a name for ourselves with our prolific success in both the commercial music and sync worlds, and have developed a keen ear for finding real, relevant artists whose music connects with fans and media alike.
