About Real Estate Investment & Services Co. (Reisco)

In 2011, Capital Plaza was completed with an area of 2.5 million square feet. Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi CBD and overlooking the Arabian Gulf. It's prime location and the proximity to Corniche Beach and parks, children's play areas, cycle and pedestrian pathways, various cafes, restaurants and shopping malls made Capital Plaza for Prime Seekers a dream come true. Defined by spacious interiors and elegant design, the project was built around the concept of lifestyle and harmonious living. In Capital Plaza, REISCO has created a world-class Office Facility and a signature for Abu Dhabi CBD. High-profile tenants were attracted to occupy the Class-A Tower. Upon its completion, the Office Tower has set a new quality standard for all subsequent commercial developments in the city.
