About Real Grenadines

Real Grenadines helps people who want to build their own Caribbean home to their own specification – to build their own dream rather than being sold someone else’s! We focus exclusively on the corner of the Caribbean we know well: St Vincent and the Grenadines. This is the real Caribbean: beautiful, tranquil, friendly and still quite undeveloped – the perfect place to get away to your own island home. Working with trusted, talented and knowledgeable partners in both The Grenadines and the UK, Real Grenadines can help you at each step: • finding the land that’s right for you • site surveying and assessment • negotiating the legal and planning processes • building design / architecture • managing your project Whether you are looking to build for holidays, retirement, investment or letting, we can help you turn vision into reality, providing you with as much or as little assistance as you wish at each stage, and If you would like to explore opportunities in the Grenadines first hand we will be happy to arrange a familiarisation visit.
