About REAL PILATES

Real Pilates is Dubai’s most award-winning and internationally recognised fitness brand, completely focused on wellbeing. We’re more than a Mind Body Studio – to our customers, we’re a sanctuary where they can de-stress, restore, reconnect and grow. We’re a truly positive force for good, so we take our role seriously. We’re open and honest about who we are and what we do. We’re holistic and contemporary, always tuned-in to making life better. Most importantly, we’re authentic. We’re real – and really personal. As a leading ‘people business’, we take the time to develop and sustain meaningful relationships, priding ourselves on knowing our customers, who they are and where they’re going – with the skills, patience and insight to help take them there. At Real Pilates, you can enjoy all the benefits of Pilates. We have 3 convenient locations in Jumeirah 1, JLT and Meydan in Dubai, with plans to open more studios across the region. Our studios are clean, spacious, bright and fully equipped with the latest line of STOTT PILATES® equipment from V2Max Reformers with full vertical frames, stability chairs, ladder barrels, arc barrels, spine corrector, spine supporter, jumpboard, rotational diskboard and more. All our instructors are STOTT PILATES® certified with complementary backgrounds in the fields of personal training, yoga, group exercise, weight training, exercise physiology, injuries & special population and dance training. As the only MERRITHEW Licensed Training Centre in the region, we provide world-class instructor certification courses & workshops. Since 2009, we have trained over 5,000 instructors.
