About RealChain

We democratise access to global real estate investment opportunities and their rewards. We aim to be the most valuable, meritocratic real estate investment community across the physical and virtual realms. RealChain is a meritocratic community for Real Estate professionals that allows its community members to benefit from high-yield real estate assets. Moreover, within RealChain’s meritocratic community, members can form decentralised investment clubs. These community clubs connect classes of two worlds, namely physical Real Estate and Web3. It is a new type of investing and transaction methodology that bridges the value of real estate assets in the physical world with the benefits of Web3 (NFTs, Metaverse, DeFi, and DAOs). These real estate assets are furthermore vetted by RealChain algorithms and community experts. This way investors can hedge their Web3 investments with vetted projects backed by real-world assets, making them less likely to be negatively impacted by market volatility.
