About RealEstateAuctions.com

RealEstateAuctions.com (REA) is a leader in U.S. real estate auction sales. Our team of auction specialists has closed more than 8,000 sales of all types all over the country with a huge list of client partners, including HUD, FDIC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, pension funds and a myriad of other corporations, institutions, developers and private owners located throughout the U.S. REA has anticipated the growing popularity of auctions for real estate, which is now estimated by the National Auctioneers Association to soon account for almost one-third of all U.S. real estate transactions. REA offers live events and on-line bidding technology that makes buying and selling easy, in-person or across the globe. A heavy presence in electronic marketing and social media, in addition to traditional media, means that properties have high-level exposure and generate interest like no others. REA maintains control of all aspects of the auction event, from listing through closing. We have business development and project management staff, as well as industry partners, around the country to bring the very best real estate auction services to buyers and sellers. REA contributes marketing dollars for minimum bid auctions and absolute auctions, keeping marketing fees for sellers extremely competitive. For sellers, we have optional, specialized and flexible financing packages provided by our preferred lending partners.
