About Realty Associates Inc. (RAI)

Raymond Rose – Broker/Owner, Realtor, GRI, MBA, DD, Former Stripper (Printing, Not Pole) Let’s clear something up right away: yes, my resume says "stripper," but relax—it involved film negatives in printing, not dollar bills on stage. Trust me, my dance moves wouldn't earn a dime (though they've amused family at weddings). These days, I proudly own Realty Associates Inc. in sunny Brooksville, Florida, selling everything from cozy homes on postage-stamp-sized lots (your mower will thank you) to ranches so big you'll need GPS to find the mailbox. Over 20+ years, I’ve handled real estate from Wyoming’s wide-open spaces to Alaska’s frozen wonderland, finally circling back to Florida—mostly because palm trees beat frostbite every day of the week. I believe everyone has a perfect spot picked by God. Maybe it's a farm for your dream herd of fainting goats, a home with Wi-Fi that never fails, or a commercial property ideal for your million-dollar widget empire—I help clients find exactly what they’re looking for, even if they're still figuring out what that is. Along the way, I’ve built businesses from scratch and turned struggling offices into successes (once transforming a Century 21 office’s $5,000 annual loss into a $150,000 profit—my accountant still questions my math). I've also grown sales teams faster than weeds in a Florida backyard, expanding from 7 to 49 agents in less than two years. (My secret? Coffee, donuts, motivational speeches—mostly donuts.) Now I also help business owners tackle tough decisions like selling, passing their business on, or simply chucking it all for a beach hut somewhere remote. Been there, considered that. If you're searching for paradise, thinking about ditching your business (without faking your own death), or just want advice from someone who's been around the block—and continent—call me. Just don’t ask me to strip anything nowadays except paint or wallpaper.
