Realty Group is an Education, Development and Operations Center for Agents to grow their business. RG was founded in 2009 by Long Doan as an REO listing company. RG re-launched in 2014 as a full service independent brokerage. We had a unique idea of forming a brokerage that flipped the traditional model. Instead of agents working for us, we are working for them.
