About REALZ Pilates

Strengthen the „REAL“ inner core. REALZ Pilates Hey, we are REALZ Pilates! Two Berlin sisters sharing the same passion: The love of Pilates. We embody positive motivation for all enthusiasts, who want to do something for their body. By fusing the classical Pilates techniques and the RMT method we achieve a dynamic workout on a Reformer and Tower equipment using your own body resistance. The revolutionary at REALZ: Are our Reformer, Tower Mat and Spring Mat classes, which shape you and straighten your posture, build your “self confidence” and give you inner stability. In small groups up to 5 participants we are glad to accommodate your individual needs.
