Factory automation (with GMT Robotics): We implement solutions for rebar assembly and welding across key structural elements such as diaphragm walls, beams and columns, tunnel segments, footing pads, mats, and mesh-type products, along with picking, handling, and material manipulation processes as pre-assembly or threading, that improve throughput and consistency. From design to robot execution (Rebapps Hub): With Rebapps Hub, we digitalize the technical office workflow and connect production data to the robotic cell, enabling a practical “design-to-robot” pipeline (e.g., BVBS/BIM→ 2D/3D → robot execution) with a scalable path toward higher levels of automation. On-site installation with rollmats (Spinmaster – Steelmaster Engineering): We also bring Spinmaster to the market with a dedicated system for producing rollmats (tied roll reinforcement) that simplifies logistics and accelerates installation on site, improving speed, labor efficiency, and consistency.
