Reciproca is a systemic design studio that works with organisations and communities on complex change and transition projects – with a focus on enabling climate-positive futures, resilient communities, and cultures of creativity and learning. Reciproca’s approach is grounded in systemic and participatory design methods, which (1) identify the underlying dynamics and drivers of change in complex systems; (2) bring together experts, leaders and communities affected by change to develop new visions, strategies and programs; and (3) build new capabilities, organisations and cultures of learning and innovation to sustain these efforts in the long-term.
