RCI has been in operation since 2003. Our team is grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing and being. We are an award-winning firm leading in culturally responsive evaluation, research, mentoring, project management and training. To centre Indigenous-led advocacy work that creates sustainable healthy communities by building pathways to reconciliation through anti-racism education, intersectional and equity focused approaches, and action planning.
