About Recollection Spirits Distillery

At Recollection Spirits, every bottle begins with a journey. We're an independent Australian distillery crafting small-batch spirits inspired by travel, memory and the places that move us. We distil with intention using quality ingredients, thoughtful botanicals and a commitment to craftsmanship. Whether you're discovering our spirits at an immersive tasting event or sharing a bottle at home, we want to transport you somewhere special with every pour. Based in Melbourne, Recollection Spirits is proudly independent, locally made and globally inspired.
